The Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) is delighted to announce that the Comptroller-General , Dr. Vincent Isegbe(PhD), has successfully defended his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Agribusiness.
The defense, held at Lead City University, Ibadan, was chaired by the external examiner, Prof. Adeyemi Ogunkoya of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. The external supervisor is Dr. Olubunmi Alawode of the University of Ibadan. The internal supervisor is Dr Friday Igbadumehe of Lead City university Ibadan. The Head of Department, Management and Accounting, DR. Tina Akinbo; the Registrar, Institute of Agribusiness of Nigeria, Dr. Ayodele Olorunfemi the internal supervisor alongside other distinguished faculty members were in attendance.
This academic feat by the CG is not only a personal achievement but also a powerful inspiration for officers and staff of NAQS to pursue excellence through continuous learning and capacity building. By blazing this trail, the CG has further demonstrated the values of diligence, academic pursuits, and leadership which he exemplifies in steering the Service.
