The Comptroller General (CG) of the Service Dr. Vincent Isegbe PhD, today decorated the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Comptroller General DCQ. J.O Omirigbe with his new rank in a brief but significant ceremony held in the presence of Heads of Departments (HODs) and the PSO’s family.
In his remarks, the CG commended the PSO for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to duty, noting that the promotion was a recognition of his exemplary service and professionalism. He expressed confidence that the PSO’s career in the Service would continue to progress and urged other officers to emulate the same level of commitment and diligence in the discharge of their responsibilities.
In response, the PSO’s wife expressed her appreciation to the CG for the honour done to her husband and congratulated him on the well deserved promotion. She also prayed that officers who are yet to be promoted would receive their own promotions in due course.
