The Department directs the planning, research and development activities of the Agency. It works to ensure a disciplined, focused and well-coordinated pursuit of institutional priorities. It organizes capacity building workshops on relevant emerging trends and upskilling opportunities on operational competencies for staff members.  The Department also coordinates NAQS’ liaison with stakeholders, development partners and Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAS).
